For anyone who is looking to sell their home, I can not recommend enough Monique Williamson and her husband, Jesse Williamson. These two realtors went above and beyond my expectations. Our house was a very tough sell, as we were selling far above current market value because our home is located in a redevelopment zone, and we had had multiple developers making great offers. Problem was, the whole deal will probably take up to 20 years to complete, as the District of North Van had told me, and several newspaper articles.
All of the developers had backed away after not being able to get anywhere with the district as far as a time line for rezoning all the lots. Monique and JEsse had their work cut out for them trying to sell a manufactured home for almost a million bucks!!! BUT, THEY PULLED IT OFF!!!!!! They worked so so hard, having open housese almost every weekend, and even with all the people going through and telling them that the price was just too high, they continued to try to sell our home, working extremely hard for us, endlessly working, still holding many open houses, and having professional photos taken. Paul and I are so extremely impressed with their services and highly, highly recommend them! These realtors will work themselves to the grave to sell your property! Highly recommended!!!
